Vincent uses his hands to emphasize his observations about the absurdity inherent in a rock horror musical, which "begins immediately" in the film. It's an idea that he, Sam and Joe allow to "play out" during the course of writing and making "Don't Go In The Woods." No, don't tell what the cast members do to their cell phones, Sam! Oh, go home and write, "actor that waits!"
This site features my pictures and videos of Vincent D'Onofrio in New York City beginning with my first meeting with him at Joe's Pub on July 22, 2010. Vincent is currently filming the final eight episodes for Season 10 of "Law and Order:Criminal Intent" in NYC. He also has several films due to be released this year and will be directing his next film "Johnny and Me" later this year. Feel free to leave comments and to follow along. Enjoy!

Meet the Director Part 12-November 22, 2010

I got a taste of what Vincent was talking about when I saw "High Tension" last night. You need to be able to take that leap of faith in order to accept the utter absurdity of the extreme violence, seemingly random and mindless. However, there ultimately is a purpose revealed later on and a shocking twist I won't divulge here.
