Flood from Hurricane Irene Shokan, Boiceville, Mt Tremper, Phoenicia

In the most recent video segment I posted from the Actor's Dialogue panel with Vincent D'Onofrio where he discusses "Steal This Movie," Mary Frankel talks about a cataclysmic event in her hometown of West Shokan, NY. She was referring to the flooding caused by Hurricane Irene on August 28, 2011, which affected many upstate New York towns. I found this video illustrating some of the devastation suffered by the local townspeople.It's shocking to see and sad. Mary's house must have been heavily damaged, as well. Some towns were even washed away because of the heavy rains.
