Vincent D'Onofrio performs "Pilot Wolf" on 3-24-2014.

A second helping of "Pilot Wolf" began the Monday night show with a funny intro by Vincent, who explained that he began writing his "fake" journal entries during the run of his Off-Broadway play "Clive" last year while "waiting for cabs or waiting for coffee" and read them out loud to his fellow actors "for a laugh." Ha ha ha. Btw, Aaron Krohn, who co-starred in "Clive" with Vincent and Ethan Hawke, was also in the audience that night. Dana Lyn, who performed on stage with Slim Bone Head Volt backing Vincent during both shows at Joe's Pub, also appeared in "Clive".

Hollywood D'os and D'on'ts With Vincent D'onofrio

I haven't watched this in a while. Just think, next time I go to the salon for my mani-pedi, Vincent could be sitting in the chair next to me. Oh, why not? I can't talk to him in Starbucks! LOL

Stylish and Classy Encore-Vincent D'Onofrio 3-24-2014

What was Vincent muttering in French? Why is he so well liked while others are not? Dude's got style and class galore! Btw, check out that butt shot at the end. ;)

Vincent D'Onofrio's Blanche Dubois at Joe's Pub 3-24-2014

Yes, it's tragic, isn't it? Just imagine Vincent as Blanche Dubois onstage in New York. Maybe someday he'll get the chance to fulfill his dream. :)

Vincent signs my stuff 3-24-2014

Vincent signed several DVDs that I presented in the lobby of the Public Theater after his show with Slim Bone Head Volt. The two items I then gave to Ruby for the next NLEOMF online auction are 1. Blu-ray of Full Metal Jacket signed by Vincent D'Onofrio and Arliss Howard and 2. VHS copy of Strange Days signed by Vincent D'Onofrio. The other items I will auction later on for our annual Central Park Challenge fundraiser in June for autism awareness. Vincent commented when I told him that Arliss Howard had previously signed the FMJ Blu-ray "He's doing a play at the Cherry Lane." and I told him I had just seen "Ode to Joy" recently. Vincent asked me "Is it good?" I told him an emphatic "Yes!" I hope he sees the play soon before it closes on April 19, 2014. Kate, Arliss and Roxanna are all terrific in Craig Lucas' play about a painter struggling with addiction while recalling her past relationships with the two loves of her life.
