This site features my pictures and videos of Vincent D'Onofrio in New York City beginning with my first meeting with him at Joe's Pub on July 22, 2010. Vincent is currently filming the final eight episodes for Season 10 of "Law and Order:Criminal Intent" in NYC. He also has several films due to be released this year and will be directing his next film "Johnny and Me" later this year. Feel free to leave comments and to follow along. Enjoy!

Don't be silly! Vote for President D'Onofrio! at Joe's Pub 3-24-2014
Vincent has got my vote! I gave him a jar of Jif Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter after his performance on Monday night, and he was very pleased. My brother Alberto also made a birthday card for Vincent and he placed both the card and jar in his coat pocket. :)

Vincent D'Onofrio performs "Hamster" at Joe's Pub 3-24-2014
Vincent performs "Hamster" and "Pig Tender" during his second show at Joe's Pub with Slim Bone Head Volt. He really does think about animals a lot!
Vincent D'Onofrio performs "Pilot Wolf" on 3-24-2014.
A second helping of "Pilot Wolf" began the Monday night show with a funny intro by Vincent, who explained that he began writing his "fake" journal entries during the run of his Off-Broadway play "Clive" last year while "waiting for cabs or waiting for coffee" and read them out loud to his fellow actors "for a laugh." Ha ha ha. Btw, Aaron Krohn, who co-starred in "Clive" with Vincent and Ethan Hawke, was also in the audience that night. Dana Lyn, who performed on stage with Slim Bone Head Volt backing Vincent during both shows at Joe's Pub, also appeared in "Clive".

Hollywood D'os and D'on'ts With Vincent D'onofrio
I haven't watched this in a while. Just think, next time I go to the salon for my mani-pedi, Vincent could be sitting in the chair next to me. Oh, why not? I can't talk to him in Starbucks! LOL
Stylish and Classy Encore-Vincent D'Onofrio 3-24-2014
What was Vincent muttering in French? Why is he so well liked while others are not? Dude's got style and class galore! Btw, check out that butt shot at the end. ;)
Vincent D'Onofrio's Blanche Dubois at Joe's Pub 3-24-2014
Yes, it's tragic, isn't it? Just imagine Vincent as Blanche Dubois onstage in New York. Maybe someday he'll get the chance to fulfill his dream. :)

Vincent D'Onofrio & Dana Lyn - Public Theater
Vincent D'Onofrio & Dana Lyn - Public Theater
I can't wait until next Monday night for Vincent's encore show with Dana Lyn and Slim Bone head Volt. Ruby and Joann are joining me at Joe's Pub in Soho and we're gonna have all kinds of fun with President D'Onofrio. Ruby is bringing the signed LOCI Emmy Ad I won in the charity auction this week. I'll bring a few more items I'll ask Vincent to sign, if I have the chance. On January 31 he was so swarmed by fans after the show that we barely got to get a photo with him in the lobby of the Public Theater. Vincent was very upbeat after the 9:30 PM show that night, which was a great success, and he posed with everyone who asked. Eric Bogosian and Ethan Hawke were there also, as were Sam Bisbee and Erika Hampson. Vincent's wife and daughter were also in the audience. Victoria and I hung out with Ellen and Carol and sat in front of the stage, where we had the best view of Vincent during the show. For the next show I'll get more video and pics so you all can enjoy his genius. Yay!
Interesting side note-I spoke to Kathryn Erbe after the March 9 matinee of her play "Ode to Joy" at the Cherry Lane Theater and I told her about Vincent's recent show at Joe's Pub. Seems she was not aware of Vincent's recent foray into live monologuing or beat poetry a la Eric Bogosian. To date, Vincent has not attended any of Kathryn's plays, and she commented that this is probably due to his busy schedule. Still, I hope they still get to hang out every now and again. VDO and KE make such a great team, don't they?

Houses Made of Books
Houses Made of Books
Doesn't this look like a librarian's dream home? I bet Bobby Goren would think so. This could be that cabin in Maine he's holed up in, writing his expose of the NYPD and the MCS. Oh, my.

Vincent D'Onofrio does it ninja-style!
Who knew that horses could be so exciting-and so incontinent! LOL After years of watching (and smelling) horses in Central Park and elsewhere in New York City, I can attest to their tendency to crap everywhere.
Vincent as an upside down ninja bat dressed in black. Sure, I can picture that! That should be his next movie role, don't you think? He's that giant, Italian American 54 year-old actor guy who doesn't suffer fools, compartmentalizes, thinks about horses for a long time(maybe too long) and can transform himself into a giant cat, a panther and a sword-slashing ninja motherfucker! Whew! I'd hire him. Just don't ask him to ride a horse onscreen. LOL
Vincent D'Onofrio and Dana Lyn at Joe's Pub Jan 31
This is the end of an earlier journal entry that Vincent performed onstage last Friday night. He riffed about experiencing a sensation in his groin area and the thoughts that popped up in his mind. He's very imaginative but not crude in his ramblings. I just wish I had begun recording earlier. I was worried that I wouldn't be allowed to record anything, so i tried to be careful. I also was laughing so hard, along with my fellow Vixens, that it was difficult to hold my phone steady at times. You know how it is.
President D'Onofrio addresses us!
Don't be silly! Vote for Vincent D'Onofrio for POTUS! Oh, and don't forget the Jif Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter. Goes great with Starbucks coffee and Marshmallow Fluff. Mmmm.
